NAME: Water Heater RTU Enamel Powder 1982 |
RTU-1982 is pre-grinding enamel powder which fineness is 30 mesh. The coating made of such product has smooth surface, fine adherence, good stability and appropriate glossy could be obtained when firing temperature & time is controlled well. |

APPROVABLE STANDARD: |

a. Fineness of the powder: 28~32g/100g/200 mesh b. Pulp density: 175~185g/100ml c. Thickness of enamel coating: between 0.15 and 0.50mm d. Firing temperature: 840-860°C. Keep firing for 8-12 minutes above 800°C, and keep firing for 4-6 minutes above 840°C |
