Product Description:

NAME: Water Heater RTU Enamel Powder 1982

RTU-1982 is pre-grinding enamel powder which fineness is 30 mesh.

The coating made of such product has smooth surface, fine adherence, good stability and appropriate glossy could be obtained when firing temperature & time is controlled well.

RTU-1982 Powder

Water 38-40ml

APPROVABLE STANDARD:

a. Fineness of the powder: 28~32g/100g/200 mesh
b. Pulp density: 175~185g/100ml
c. Thickness of enamel coating: between 0.15 and 0.50mm
d. Firing temperature: 840-860°C. Keep firing for 8-12 minutes above 800°C, and keep firing for 4-6 minutes above 840°C

TEST METHOD:

Adhesion: Grade 2 or higher
Resistant to 10% citric acid (room temperature): Grade A or above
Hydrochloric 10% hydrochloric acid(1 hour at room temperature): Grade A
Corrosion resistance to boiling water: ≤ 6.0g/m2
Temperature change resistance: 200 ℃/20min/5 times, visually undamaged
Lead migration: ≤0.1mg/dm2
Cadmium migration: ≤0.05mg/dm2


NOTE:

The thickness of glaze slip, fineness of powder, firing temperature & time should be adjusted and controlled very well to get a good coating gloss.
