General Usage:
It is a high quality RTU enamel powder, especially for electric/solar/air energy water heaters, and water storage boilers.

Steel Plate Material Requirements:	Suitable cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel plates for enamel use. The steel plate thickness should be between 1.8mm and 5mm.
Surface Treatment of Steel Plate:	The steel plates should undergo oil removal and sandblasting. Avoid excessive sandblasting, as it can cause overactivation of the steel plate surface, leading to pinholes, rough enamel surface, and other defects.
Enamel powder RTU1982 usage method:	Add 38-40% water into a clean mixing container. Add RTU1982 enamel powder in the appropriate ratio and mix thoroughly. Stir for about 30-40 minutes until evenly mixed. Filter the mixture through a 40-mesh sieve and transfer the well-mixed glaze slurry into a clean container. Completely immerse a 100×100mm adhesive plate into the glaze slurry. The wet weight for powder coating is 18-22 grams of enamel slurry. To ensure good enamel application, age the slurry for 3-6 hours before use, and stir it again to ensure uniform consistency.
