Customized Equipment Solutions: Precisely Matching Production Needs
To assist the client in efficiently establishing a production line tailored to their needs for enamel signage, Nolifrit's technical service team conducted an in-depth analysis of the client’s production scale, product positioning, and future development plans. They highlighted core equipment in the enamel production process—including ball mills, high-temperature kilns, and drying equipment. Furthermore, technical personnel provided on-site demonstrations and detailed explanations, offering hands-on training in the use of the equipment and process operations. Material Testing: Significant Advantages of Cold-Rolled Steel
Initially, the client had concerns regarding the choice of substrate material. To address these concerns, Nolifrit's technical team conducted comparative testing. They used stainless steel, hot-rolled plates, and cold-rolled plates as substrates, pairing them with three formulas of base coat RTU enamel powder and multiple cover coat color solutions. The results showed that the cold-rolled steel substrate excelled in adhesion, corrosion resistance, and porcelain surface appearance, far exceeding other materials. Now many renowned enamel signage companies globally have adopted cold-rolled steel as a mainstream substrate, as its cost-effectiveness and processing stability have been well validated in the market.

Final Sample: Color Base + White Number Design
To visually showcase the process effects, the technical engineer customized a terminal sample with a “color base + white number cover glaze” using cold-rolled steel as the substrate. This design maximizes color contrast through layered firing, meeting the strict visual clarity requirements in the public signage sector. The sample has been accepted by the client and serves as a core exhibit in their presentations to downstream customers.
