Grade A Acid Resistance: The Key Foundation Determining the Lifespan of Enamel Products

In the enamel industry, the durability of surface luster is the most intuitive measure of product quality. Especially when exposed to acetic acid and citric acid in daily kitchen environments, or acidic corrosion in industrial settings, the acid resistance of the enamel layer directly determines the "aesthetic lifespan" and usage safety of products.

Recently, Nolifrit Laboratory conducted a comparative test on the impact of acid resistance grades on enamel surfaces. In our laboratory comparison, a 10% concentration citric acid solution was used as the medium to conduct a 15-minute contact test on acid-intolerant enamel samples and Grade A acid-resistant enamel samples produced by Nolifrit.

The test results showed that after the acid solution was removed, the surface of the acid-intolerant enamel sample exhibited obvious pulverization and roughness, with a sharp decline in glossiness; in contrast, the Grade A acid-resistant sample retained its original mirror-like luster after wiping, and the touch remained as smooth as initial.

Grade A acid resistance is more than just a grade symbol. It means that enamel products have a stronger resistance to frequent household cleaning and food contact, truly ensuring that the products remain as good as new for more than 10 years.

As an expert in enamel frits, Nolifrit not only focuses on the acid resistance depth of frits but also commits to solving the production pain points of downstream manufacturers. While possessing stable Grade A acid resistance performance, the acid-resistant enamel RTU ground powder also demonstrates the following advantages:

Quality Stability: Through precise proportioning and standardized processing, the RTU ground powder avoids glaze slip fluctuations caused by improper operation in the ball milling process, ensuring a high degree of uniformity in acid resistance indicators for each batch.

More Optimal Comprehensive Cost: It reduces defective product rework caused by substandard acid resistance, improves the yield rate, and lowers potential after-sales risk costs for brand owners.

In today's increasingly fierce market competition, consumers' expectations for enamel products have long gone beyond simple "rust prevention". Whether it is high-end water heater inner liners, kitchen cookware or building decorative panels, retaining its original appearance over time is the core competitiveness.
