The principle of digital inkjet printing is the same as that of ordinary printers, consisting of ink cartridges and nozzles. Since the ink is inorganic ink for enamel and ceramics, its ink path system is specially made. Its printing carrier is a base enamel board with sprayed medium. The function of the medium is to absorb ink and help the ink to develop color under high-temperature firing, and it also has a fluxing effect. During production, a layer of medium is sprayed on the base plate, and the ink with the adjusted color range is printed on it according to the output ratio, and then fired.

The digital inkjet printing process is simple. Different from the traditional printing process, it does not require plate making, film, or color registration. The production cycle is short, the plate transfer is simple and fast, and the picture can be modified during the production process. However, it can only be made on a flat plate, and arcs and corner plates cannot be made. At the same time, due to equipment reasons, there are requirements for the height of the board.

3. The application of laser printed flower paper on enamel art board

Laser printed flower paper adopts the principle of laser printing to adsorb special toner onto the flower paper through high-temperature printing, which can meet the needs of transferring patterns on the surface of more materials. At the same time, its full-color printing characteristics, combined with its highly intelligent color analysis system, color enhancement system, and pattern management system, can effectively maintain the authenticity and saturation of colors and meet the printing needs of different pattern textures. The CMYK color output system allows the device to meet more design requirements, and the two color systems of CMYK and RGB can be flexibly converted, which also makes the device more widely applicable.

Laser printing flower paper is easy to operate, does not require plate making, does not require color separation, and does not require film. The image is clear, there is no screen texture, the printing speed is fast, and the four-color pattern is printed at one time. The color is accurate and stable. The flower paper products produced have realistic images and high printing accuracy. It combines the advantages of inkjet printing and screen printing, but the size of the production pattern is relatively limited, and only four ink cartridges can be installed, and the requirements for decal technology and environment are also higher.

4. Enamel art board combining multiple processes

4.1 Inkjet printing + manual painting

In the process of inkjet printing and adjustment, the pattern of Chinese painting will be distorted and details will be lost. On the basis of inkjet printing, the painter optimizes the local details through techniques such as unified dyeing, cover dyeing, highlighting dyeing, baking dyeing, and dotting dyeing to make the whole more complete, more artistic, and better. 4.2 Inkjet printing + traditional crafts

The color ribbon adopts traditional wet powder brushing, the lines are straighter, the color is better and closer to the specified color number. The pattern part adopts inkjet printing, and the local performance is more delicate.

4.3 Inkjet printing + screen printing

The color block adopts screen printing, the color is fuller, and the pattern part adopts inkjet printing, which is more delicate.

4.4 Inkjet printing + screen printing + traditional crafts

Screen printing, the printing ink layer is thick, the color is bright, and the three-dimensional sense and covering power are strong. The part with brighter colors adopts screen printing technology, and the effect is better. Inkjet printing adopts controllable ink dot technology, the bright part is more delicate, the dark part is more vivid, and the transition color is more natural; the color adjustment and operation are simple, the details are less lost, and the overall effect is more delicate. Traditional wet powder brushing, the lines are straighter, and the color is better.
