Decal Firing Operation and Precautions
Whether it is decals, printing, flower spraying, engraving, etc., the enamel products obtained by various decoration methods must be burnt. Dust and wipe the enamel products first, repair the eyelets before firing, and some products need to be sprayed with light before firing.

2. Precautions for decal firing.
(1) If defects are found, should be repaired before burning;
(2) The frame eye should be thinned and evened
(3) The shelf must be upright, and the temperature of the product must be controlled when the fork is taken, to avoid wire drawing of the shelf eye, and to be light, flat, stable and accurate;
(4) Correctly grasp the burning time to avoid burning raw and overcooked;
(5) For products with large deformation, it needs to be shaped. When shaping, the temperature of the product should not be too low to avoid cracks at the bottom of the product;
(6) The fired product cannot be in contact with cold ground or cold objects immediately, so as to avoid cracks and silk bubbles at the bottom of the product.
