Enamel powder using instruction:

Mix the enamel powder with water in proportion and stir it evenly, adjust the specific gravity of the enamel slurry to 165~170g/100ml (1.65~1.70g/cm3), control the thickness of the porcelain layer to 150~250um, Reference firing temperature is 830~850 °C.

(Steel substrate should be cleaned before coating, ensure no rust and oils)
